The CCC Difference
Complete Circle Compliance (CCC) is a New York–based compliance and auditing firm founded by experienced Social Adult Day Care (SADC) operators and consultants who understand both the operational and administrative requirements of the Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) system. With extensive hands-on experience running SADC programs and supporting MLTC partners, CCC brings practical, real-world expertise to compliance oversight, auditing, credentialing, and statewide program integrity initiatives.
The founders of CCC bring a combined two decades of hands-on experience in building, operating, and consulting for Social Adult Day Care programs. Both hold advanced degrees, including a bachelor’s in legal studies, an MBA in Health Care, and a Paralegal Certificate, and together possess over a decade of experience in the legal field in addition to more than 13 years of SADC operations, compliance, and regulatory consulting expertise.
