The Problem:
SADC compliance oversight has long been fragmented. MLTCs assign plan staff—often unfamiliar with SADC operations—to perform site visits and monitor compliance, resulting in inconsistent evaluations and limited follow-up.
The Solution:
CCC was created to close these gaps through a centralized compliance and auditing system for SADCs, operated in collaboration with MLTCPs, DOH, DFTA, MLTC Complaint Center, and OMIG.
